- Robotics Kits: We offer robotics kits, which are subject to return or replacement only in the case of defects or wrong shipments. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
- Online Courses: All fees paid for online courses are non-refundable. Once access to the course materials has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
2. Shipping and Replacement
- In the event of a replacement due to a defect or incorrect product shipment, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of courier charges for returning the product to us. The replacement item will be shipped to the customer at no additional shipping cost once the original item has been received and inspected.
3. Use of the Website
- Users are prohibited from misusing site data or engaging in any actions that are illegal in India. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, breach of privacy, and data theft.
